OUR RAW HONEY PROCESS
From Hive to Bottle Pure and Unheated

Our honey is carefully harvested directly from the hive using a gentle, traditional process that preserves its natural goodness.
it is then carefully extracted and gently strained three times, without heating, to maintain its natural enzymes nutrients, and flavour.

We never heat our honey. Heating can damage its natural properties, so our process remains slow, careful, and minimal. By avoiding heat and over processing, the honey stays raw, pure, and true to nature.

After being gently strained three times, the honey is carefully bottled to preserve its natural texture, aroma, quality. this thoughtful approach ensures every bottle reflects the true character of raw honey, just as the bees created it.

Crystallization is natural process and a sign of raw, pure honey.
Our honey is unheated allowing its natural enzymes and glucose structure to remain intact Over time this can cause the honey to naturally crystallise. This is a mark of quality, not spoilage, and does not affect the flavour or nutritional value.

To gently return crystallised honey to liquid form, place the jar in warm water avoid high heat.
